As student studying yoga academically it was imperative to my learning to incorporate all that surrounds the yogic culture. Mudras are an ancient tool that subtly changes the awareness within a practitioner typically held during meditation. I started this course to provide people with an introductory level of understanding the history, important, and benefits of mudras.
